Mr. A.V. Justice, 82, of West Dixon Boulevard, Shelby, died on Saturday, October 25, 2014 as the result of an auto accident. A native of Cleveland County, he was born on February 05, 1932, the son of the late Crawford Justice and Beatrice Greene Justice. He was retired from Container Corporation of America and was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church. He loved to restore antique trucks and cars, working on small engines, wood working, and traveling with his wife.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Hamrick Justice. He is survived by one son, Roger Justice and wife Donna of Shelby; one daughter, Anita Justice Barrett and husband Jerry of Shelby; his grandchildren, Wesley Barrett and wife Melanie and Alan Justice and wife Christy; his great grandchildren, Kevin, Cameron and Justin; 5 shared great grandchildren and 1 shared great-great grandchild; special friend, Brayden Pruitt, and many other close friends.

A Celebration of Mr. Justice's Life will be held at 2:30pm on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Beaver Dam Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Paul Sorrells and Rev. Phil Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in the Beaver Dam Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm-2:30pm at the church.
