Lawndale - Mrs. Annie Sue Hoyle Southards, 93 passed away on Sunday, August
7, 2016, at White Oak Manor, Shelby.

Born November 10, 1922 in Cleveland County, she was a daughter of the late
Clarence Lee Hoyle and Johnnie Gantt Hoyle. She was retired from Cleveland
Mills after 33 years of service. Mrs. Southards was a member of Fallston
Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lefoy
"Foy" Edwin Southards; a son, David Southards; and a brother, Howell Hoyle.

She is survived by a son, Eddie Southards and wife Kathy of Sanford; a
daughter, Susan Canipe and husband Larry of Lattimore; three grandchildren,
Andy Southards, Brian Canipe, and Luke Canipe; and five great grandchildren,
Jackson Canipe, Libby Canipe, Kateley Canipe, Maxie Clarie Canipe and
Courtney Quinton and three sisters, Doris Lingerfelt of Statesville, Melba
Fore of Greensboro and Nancy Hoyle of Shelby.

Visitation will be held one hour before the service at Fallston Baptist
Church Fellowship Hall.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 9, 2016, at Fallston
Baptist Church with Rev. David Blanton officiating.

116, Fallston, NC 28042 or to the donor's choice.
