Betty Falls Hardin passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Testsa Hospice in Kings Mountain. Born in Cleveland County she was the daughter of the late, Andy Burgon and Helen Smith Falls She was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Betty is preceded in death by a brother, Andy Burgon Falls, Jr. and a sister, Sarah Webb.

She is survived by her husband of 73 years, James Monroe Hardin; sons Jim (Sonia) Hardin-Surfside Beach, SC and Bill (Debbie) Hardin-Shelby; granddaughter Jennifer (Richie) Hardin-Tate; great grandsons Austin and Chase Tate; sister Billie (Gene) Washburn-Boiling Springs.

Graveside service will be at Cleveland Memorial Park on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 10:00 am with Rev. Andy Oliver officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
