Betty Jean Lovett Ryan, age 76 of West Academy Street, died at CMC Main. Betty was born in York, South Carolina on April 16, 1938 a daughter of the late Lethia Mae Burkett Lovett. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Curtis Rayn, a great grandchild and two brothers, John Albert Burkett and Paul Burkett.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Katherine Farris of Mt. Holly and Pattie Joann Danawala, Richardson, Texas, four Grandchildren, three Great Grandchildren a brother William Burkett and a sister, Doris Jean Burkett.

Services will be private.
