FOREST CITY - Mrs. Betty Jean Rector Banks, age 88 passed away March 2nd, 2018 at Henderson Care Center, under the care of Carolina Foothills Hospice Care. She was a native of Madison County/ Marshall NC and a daughter of the late Amos June and Lottie Gray Rector; wife of the late Robert W. Banks.
She is survived by one sister, Mary Moore of Florida; two children, Brenda Fritts of N.C. and Gary Mooneyham of Tennessee. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, 4 nieces and 2 nephews.
A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
