ELLENBORO - Betty Lue Moore Causby, 76, passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at her home. A native of Rutherford County, she was born to the late William Clarance Moore and Barbara Moore.

Betty leaves to cherish her memories her daughters, Mary G. Buchanan, Katie Causby, Donnis O'Dell and Lisa Hall; son, Howard Proctor; granddaughters, Megan Evans, Terrie Lynn McMahaman, Courtney O'Dell and Hannah O'Dell; grandsons, Deven Causby, Tazz Campbell and Allen Bargsley; one neice, Mary Fae Munday.

She was a dedicated, giving, kind, and loving mother and homemaker. She enjoyed arts and crafts, being with her animals and growing flowers but most of all she loved being around family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She will truly be missed and forever in our hearts.
