Bruce Camp's Local Fishing Report July 14, 2016

Kosa
Two events, one on Lake Norman, the other on Lake Wylie have been fished since last report. On Lake Norman, David O'Shields and Doug Sparrow brought in 11.3 and grabbed the win. J R Garland and Rick Maires had 7.9 and were second. John Black and Roger McNeely had 6.3 to claim third. Big bass of the day was a 3.5 largemouth brought in by O'Shields and Sparrow. On Lake Wylie, Mack Wyatt and Johnny Christainberry picked up the win with 13.0, they anchored that with big bass of the day, a 3.5 largemouth. John Black and Roger McNeely had 10.0 and took second with J R Garland and Rick Maires in third with 8.0. This week it's back to Lake Norman.
Moss
Two weeks ago Matt Arey, taking what his wife had shown a few weeks back, along with Bryan Thrift brought in 15.96 to get the win. They also had bag bass with a 5.16 largemouth. David Hendrick and Austin Treadway had 10.41 to settle in second. Third with 9.11 was Reggie and Johnny Guffey and fourth went to Tyler Ward and Jeremy Bouldin with 8.17. Fifteen boats fished on that night. Last week, amid severe thunderstorms, only 8 boats came out. Buddy and Michael Black got the win with 7.60, and big bass of the night with a 3.06. Second went to Chad Sinclair and Caleb Conners with 6.76. Jeremy Bouldin and Tyler Ward had 5.69 and claimed third.
CCBC
The Cleveland County Bass Club fished Long Shoals last week. Jeremy Bouldin picked up the win with 10.74 followed by Larry Melton with 8.10. Tyler Ward had 7.62 to land in third and fourth was Jamie Canipe with 7.22. Maverick Canipe had 7.10 and was fifth, he also had big bass with a 3.82. Lake Wateree will be the lake for the CCBC in July.
