Charles B. Bowles, age 76, a resident of Kings Mountain, went to be with the Lord on July 18, 2015 at his home. He was born in Layland, W. Va., son of the late Alva and Osie Ford Bowles. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Betty Nelson Bowles, a daughter, Kay Bowles, step-daughter, Debbie Fender, two brothers, Gordon Bowles and Arnold Bowles and a sister, Annabelle Gunter. He was a retired carpenter, a member of Unity Missionary Baptist Church in Mountain View, NC., loved auctions and collecting Coca-Cola memoirbilia.

Charles was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather who loved the Lord and reading his bible.

VA; Bobbie Farthing, North Carolina; Joyce Blackburn, NC; 28 Grandchildren, 41 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great Great-Grandchild
