Charles Kenneth Popham Jr., 61, of Mooresboro, died Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Hospice House. A native of Birmingham, AL, he was the son of Charles Kenneth Popham Sr. and the late Mona Gaye Popham. He was a long distance truck driver and a US Army veteran.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Bobbie Ross and husband Bill of Mooresboro, Lisa Blanton of Golden Valley; son Charles Kenneth Popham III; seven grandchildren, Samantha Dixon, Christopher Dixon, Derek Jones, Brittany Nalley, Michael Everheart, Dakota Blanton and Kailyn Watts (deceased); great grandchild Karson Jones; brother, Robert Popham and wife Lisa of Pleasant Grove, AL; sisters, Della Flake and husband Arnold of Double Springs, AL and Sharon Collins of AL. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Hiuggins Popham.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
