Claude C. Harris age 92, died Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Kings Mountain Hospice House.  Born in Cherokee County, SC on June 26, 1922, he was the son of the late Henry Graham and Lula Mae Quinn Harris. He was a life-long member of Boiling Springs Baptist Church where he served as a greeter and deacon.  He loved country music which lead him to play the steel guitar for Don Gibson and on the radio station WOHS.  In addition to his parents, Claude is preceded in death by his brother Douglas Harris.

Claude is survived by his wife of 71 years Madge Marie McSwain Harris; one son Ron Harris and wife Lynn of Johnson City, TN. 

Funeral service will be held at 2:00P.M.  Saturday, November 29, 2014 in the Chapel of Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home and Crematory with Dr. Carroll Page officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour before the service from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.  Burial will follow at Cleveland Memorial Park
