The Cleveland County Arts Council presents Chalk Fest, a fun, family friendly, sidewalk chalk drawing event in partnership with Uptown Shelby Association. The event is scheduled for Saturday, August 9, 2014, 9:00am until 12:30pm. Sign up today for an individual square to decorate during the event. Groups, adults, and children are welcome.
