Our week #2 Shelby Shopper & Info Football Contest winner was Quel Spikes of Shelby. Quel said his favorite NFL team is the Pittsburg Steelers. His ballot was the best received, out of nine participates, correctly picking 9 out of 12 games. Quel won by guessing 34 points as his tie-breaker score. Pictured above, Quel collects his $100 prize from David “Smitty” Smith of Fastway Oil Change located at 603 S. Lafayette St. in Shelby.
