Grover -- Daniel Richard Kiser, 74, of 1152 Lavender Rd., passed away Wednesday, July 5th, 2017, at Gaston Care & Rehab.

Born in Grover, he was the husband of Martha Lee Kiser and the son of the late O.C. Kiser and Lorena Falls Kiser. Mr. Kiser worked in retail sales and was a US Army veteran.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Kiser is survived by three daughters, Kellie Lynn Cobb and Laura Lee Cresaman, both of Kings Mountain, NC, and Sarah Elizabeth Hale of Shreveport, LA; one brother, Phillip Reid Kiser of Kings Mountain, NC; one sister, Sandra Fernandez of Kings Mountain, NC; six grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Celebration of life services will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 11:00 am at the family's residence at 1152 Lavender Road, Grover, NC.

The family will receive friends anytime at the residence.
