MOORESBORO - David Ernest Ogden, 73, of Beason Road, Mooresboro, died on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Pardee Hospital of Hendersonville. A native of Taylorsville, IL, he was born on May 01, 1943, a son of the late Elsie Mae Pinney. He was retired from White Oak Manor of Kings Mountain and was a United States Coast Guard Veteran.

He is survived by his sons, Robert Ogden of Mooresboro and Bryan Ogden of Alaska; 5 grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at The A.C. McKinney Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Pat Byers officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
