Donna Flora Crisco Whitley, age 66, died Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at her home. Born in Clover, SC on October 21, 1950, she was the daughter of the late George and JoAnn Flora. Donna was a Certified Registered Nursing Anesthetist. She worked for Gaston Memorial as a Registered Nurse and for Piedmont Plastic Surgery, formerly Southeast Plastic Surgery. Donna established her own business, Nurse Anesthesia Services and retired in 2012.

Donna is survived by her husband, Roger W. Whitley; a son, John Crisco and wife Kira of Denver; Siblings, Steve Flora and wife Brenda of Alabama, Karen Franz of Mt. Holly, Jayne Flora of Mt. Holly, Randy Flora and wife Tina of Clover SC; Stepdaughters, Tracy Rayne and husband John of Shelby, Tonya Beam and husband Drew of Shelby, and Tammie Keplinger and husband Kent of Gastonia; Grandchildren, Finn Crisco, Grayson Rayne, Carley Rayne, Miles Beam, Whit Beam, Logan Keplinger; special cousin, David Wray and wife Star of Clover SC; nieces and nephews, Angie, Lee, Caroline and husband Scott, Bess and husband Benji, Shelby, Jenny, and Ashley; and special friends, Cary and Frances Anne McSwain of Gilbert SC.

Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 11:00 am at Pisgah ARP Church, 3600 Linwood Road, Gastonia NC, with Rev. Rick Lewis officiating. The family will receive friends an hour before the service from 10:00 am until 11:00 am in the sanctuary.
