Edith Hull Davis, age 92, passed into the life eternal, on Friday, September
28, 2018 at Brian Center in Lincolnton.

Born on July 3, 1926 she was a daughter of the late Osto and Buna Hull.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by husband Howard Davis;
brothers Loyd Hull and Ralph Hull; and sisters Nettie Boyles and Wilma
Leatherman.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Kathy Davis of Lincolnton; son
Kevin Davis of Bulls Gap, TN; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Edith was a wife, mother, homemaker, seamstress and cook. She was secretary
and treasurer of Howard Davis Trucking. She enjoyed her flowers and reaping
benefits of the garden. She was a lifelong member of Ebenezer United
Methodist Church, where she served on different committees and was a member
of the United Methodist Women.

Services will be Sunday, September 30 at 2:30 PM with the family receiving
friends from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Ebenezer United Methodist Church. The
service will be officiated by the Rev. Tony Sayer and Rev. Olin Isenhour.
The burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.

A special thanks to the staff of Brian Center, Lincolnton, who cared for her
for over seven years, they became family to her.
