Evelyn Marie Couch Garland age 62 of Caroleen, NC passed away on October 18^th 2017. Evelyn was a member of Florence Baptist Church, and retired florist with Blossom's Flower Shop. Evelyn was the daughter of the late Hollis and Helen Couch. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Sarah Smeal and husband Harold Shepherd, son John Smeal and wife Emily Hughes. Grandchildren Steven Smeal, Haleigh Shepherd, Kimberly Shepherd, Jacob Smeal, and Chloe Smeal. Brothers Dean and James Couch. Evelyn was preceded in death by sister-in-law Janice Couch, and son James Byers. Services will be held Friday November 3, 2017 at 2PM in Crowe's Chapel.
