Evelyn Whiteside Rollins, 96, of Forest City, died Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at her home. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late William Mack and Mary Elizabeth Egerton Whiteside. Evelyn was an office employee at Stonecutter and a member of Spindale United Methodist Church.

Left to cherish her memories are her nephews, Clifford M. Whiteside Jr., Michael C. Whiteside, William C. Whiteside, John Whiteside; nieces, Mary Ann James, Carol C. Stokes, and Melodie W. Steele, and a number of great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John R. Rollins.

Funeral services will be held 1PM Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Spindale United Methodist Church with Rev. Ross O'Neal officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
