Blacksburg -- Frances Lillian Manning Hughey, 51, of 126 Painter Lane, passed away Friday, May 19th, 2017, at her residence.

Born in Nuremburg, Germany, she was the daughter of the Carnell Manning and Lillian Starnes Manning. She worked as a Electrician and was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church..

In addition to her parents, Ms. Hughey is survived by two daughters, Adora Lee Hughey and Jessica Marlania Hughey of Blacksburg; four brothers, Dennis Manning and wife, Tammy, Scott Manning, Keith Manning and wife, Amy, and Kevin Manning, all of Blacksburg; two sisters, Tammy Burgess and Cindy Wilson and husband, Eric, all of Blacksburg; and five grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 24nd, 2017, from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm at Gordon Mortuary, 400 West Cherokee Street, Blacksburg, South Carolina 29702. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 25th, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Mt. Paran Baptist Church, 105 Mt. Paran Road, Blacksburg, SC 29702 with Rev. Lucky Earls and Rev. Gregg Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Wisher Cemetery, 134 Starnes Drive, Blacksburg, SC. Keith Manning, Dennis Manning, Scott Manning, Chad Burgess, Christopher Manning, Brad Burgess, and Dylan Wilson will serve as pallbearers.

The family will be at the residence of her parents at 378 White Farm Road, Blacksburg, SC 29702.
