Frances Louise Tessneer Bowen, 68, of 418 E. Warren St Apt.31B, Shelby,
passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at her residence.
Born April 20, 1946 in Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late
Beacher Joe Vard Tessneer and Maggie Lou Wishon Tessneer.
In addition to her parents she was proceeded in death by a brother, Dennis
Lee Earl and a sister, Maebelle Murry.
Survivors include a daughter, Wanda Bryant of Lawndale; three brothers
Ernest Tessneer of Shelby, Wesley Tessneer and Alvin "John" Tessneer both of
Lawndale; a sister Alma Randall of Lawndale and five grandchildren.
Visitation: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home &
Cremation Center Chapel, Fallston.
