SHELBY - Fred Joseph Osborne, age 61, of Shelby, NC passed away November 5, 2017 at his residence.
Born July 21, 1956 in Cleveland County, he was the son of Beulah Ray Terry Osborne and the late Everette D. Osborne.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Cleveland Funeral Chapel with Pastor Jonnavan Scott Atkins officiating. Interment will be private.
