Blacksburg -- Glenn McGill "Wency" Falls, 85, of 827 Kings Creek Drive, passed away Wednesday, November 1st, 2017, at Mary Black Health System - Gaffney.

Born in York County, he was the husband of Lucille Hardin Falls and the son of the late Andrall Z. Falls and Callie Martin Falls. Mr. Falls worked in the timber industry and was a member of Canaan United Methodist Church.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Falls is survived by five sons, Glenn A. Falls and wife, Tina, and Alan Falls and friend, Michelle Burgess, of Smyrna, Jeffrey Falls and wife, Nancy, of Kings Creek, Bryan Falls and wife, Robin, and Meek Falls and friend, Brooke McAfee, of Blacksburg; one daughter, Rhonda Gibson of Grover; two brothers, Charlie Falls of Blacksburg and Robert Falls Sr. of Sumter; two sisters, Polly Wilburn of Blacksburg and Jane Falls of Gaffney; twelve grandchildren, Andrea Falls, Samantha Robinson, Heather Gibson, William Falls, Jeremy Falls, Stacy Falls, Kim Falls, Jeffrey Falls, Teia Gill, Keith Falls, Macey Falls, and Miranda Falls; six great-grandchildren, William Robinson, Gunner Falls, Rannon Moss, Ethan Gill, and Devany Gill.

He was preceded in death by sisters, Sarah Hammett and Bennie Stackhouse, and brothers, A Z Falls, Jr. and Kenneth Falls.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 2nd, 2017, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Gordon Mortuary, 400 West Cherokee Street, Blacksburg, South Carolina 29702. Graveside services will be held Friday, November 3rd, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Canaan United Methodist Church Cemetery, 4810 Canaan Church Road, Smyrna, SC 29743 with Rev. Ed Reynolds and Pastor Linda Dunn officiating. William Falls, Michael Falls, Ricky Falls, Jeffrey Falls, Donald Wayne Henson, and Skip Hambright will serve as pallbearers.
