Grants Available for Cleveland County Nonprofits

The Cleveland County Community Foundation is currently accepting applications from eligible Cleveland County organizations including 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, congregations, governmental and educational institutions for its 2016 grant cycle.
In 2015, the Cleveland County Community Foundation awarded $11,500 in grant funding to local nonprofits. The awards ranged in size from $500 to $2,000.
Priority will be given to requests for projects and programs that address basic needs for food, shelter and clothing.
Priority will also be given to requests that address education; especially projects and programs that focus on financial literacy for adults and youth, and youth mentoring programs. Additional information and guidance is available online.
To begin the application process, grant seekers are invited to visit the Online Grants Center at https://fftcgrants.communityforce.com and search for Cleveland County Community Foundation to access the online application.
Past applicants can login to the Online Grants Center using their previously established ID and password. First-time applicants can create a new account.
Completed applications must be submitted online by noon on Friday, July 1, 2016. The system closes promptly at 12:00 pm and will not accept late submissions.
