Cheryl Gantt from Toluca shops with her niece, Angela Jenkins from Fallston, at the Cleveland County Arts Council’s special “Handmade For The Holidays” event. All the original creations will be available through December 23rd. The unique handcrafted gifts are one of a kind and made by local and regional artists. The Arts Council is located at 111 South Washington Street in Shelby and open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
