Helen Euginia Southerland age 66, died Tuesday August 26, 2015 at her home. Born in Darlington County, SC. she was the daughter of the late Virginia Mae Yarborough. She was a seamstress by trade and after retiring she enjoyed Nascar, fishing, cooking and playing Bingo.

Helen is survived by three daughters, Tina Weaver Gantt and husband Jerry of Shelby, Patti Carroll of Florida, and Pam Benson and husband Mike of Delaware; a son, Wallace Carroll Jr. and fiancee Tabetha Blanton of Shelby; three brothers, Paul Yarborough, James Yarborough, and Tommy Yarborough all of Rock Hill SC; three sisters, Irene Rose, Suzy Queen, and Sandy Melton all of Rock Hill SC.; nine grandchildren, Chris Gantt, Robin Melton and husband Casey, Alexis Gantt, Matthew Gantt, Mackenzie Gantt, Scott Shepherd, Colby Carroll, Shelby Benson, and Katie Benson; six great grandchildren, Holden Melton, Nova Melton, Olivia Melton, Chloe Carroll, Madison Carroll and Braelyn Carroll; many friends at West Warren apartments, and her beloved pet, "Peanut".

A private service will be held at a later date.
