MOORESBORO- James Ray McCraw, 82, went home to the Lord Sunday, November 5, 2017 at Hospice of Wendover in Shelby, NC. He was the son of the late James Jolley McCraw and Molly Padgett.

PRECEDED: In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife Floy Icenhower McCraw, a son Randy McCraw, daughters Lori Hargett and Donna Sessoms.

SURVIVORS: Left to cherish his memories are three sons Jimmy McCraw, Ronnie McCraw and wife Kathy, and Steven Lee McCraw; one daughter Asia Royal; two brothers Donald McCraw and Romeo McCraw; four sisters June Stitzel, Audrey Self, Sandy Godfrey and Linda Silvers plus 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

SERVICES: The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 8, 2017 from 6p.m. until 8p.m at Eggers Funeral Home in Cliffside, NC. Funeral service will be held Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 3 p.m. at State Line Baptist Church 1328 State Line Road, Gaffney, SC 29341.

CLERGY: The Rev. Bo Wagner will officiate the service.

INTERMENT: Interment will follow at Prospect Baptist Church in Mooresboro, NC.
