Janet Toney Meadow, 78 of 100B Connie Lane, Shelby passed away, Saturday,
April 22, 2017 at Carolinas Medical Center - Charlotte.

Born January 12, 1939 in Cleveland County, she was a daughter of the late
Blaine Toney and Villa Ivester Toney.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Claude
H. Meadow; two brothers, Jerry Toney and Charles Toney and three sisters,
Ann Lackey, Nell Hernandez and Shirley Allen.

Survivors include a brother, J.B. Toney of Maryland and four sisters, Jean
Jones of Shelby, Margaret Ingram of Morganton, Nona Barrier and husband, Jim
of Shelby and Gay Miller of Decatur, Georgia.

Burial will be held in the Sunnyside Cemetery in Cordele, Georgia.
