Janice Yvonne Simpson Justice Reynolds age 78, of Lincolnton, formerly of Shelby, died Wednesday July 8, 2015 at White Oak Manor in Shelby. Born on May 1, 1937 in Rutherford County, Yvonne was the daughter of the late Carl Clifton and Ruth Simpson. She was a member of Double Springs Baptist Church where she sang in the choir and played the handbells. She also served on various committees. She worked for the Doran and Ora Mills and retired from Esther Mills after a number of years of service. She enjoyed Square Dancing, seamstress, cake decorating and scrapbooking. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Conley Reynolds and her first husband, Richard J. E. Justice; great granddaughter, Molly Elizabeth Justice; four brothers, Bobby Simpson, Frank Simpson, Herman Simpson, Steve Simpson; and three sisters, Betty Guy, Elaine Carpenter and husband Clyde, Frances Peeler and husband Howard.

Yvonne is survived by her two sons, Ricky Justice and wife Sherry of Shelby and Carl Justice and wife Kim of Rancho Cucamonga Ca.; a brother, Jack Simpson and wife Sybil of Shelby; four sisters -in- law, Evelyn Simpson and Kathy Simpson both of Shelby, Mabellean Simpson of Casar, and Lillian Simpson of Cherryville; four grandchildren, Jason Justice and wife Stephanie of Shelby, Alan Justice and wife Rachel of Vandenberg Range, Ca., Casey Justice and wife Amber of Shelby, and Kyleena Justice of Virginia Beach Va.; and three step grandchildren, Derek Remillard, Dina King and husband Craig, and Daniel Remillard all of Ca.; three great grandchildren, Haley, Brandon, and Maggie Justice all of Shelby; and two step great grandchildren, Isabella and Domonic King of Ca.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday July 11, 2015 at 3:00 pm at Double Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Fryar officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall and other times at the home of Rick and Sherry Justice.
