Jasper Draydon "Grady" Costner, age 86, of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, passed away on March 19, 2017 at CaroMont Health, Gastonia. Born in Cleveland County, he was the son of the late John Costner and Sally Adams Costner. He was also preceded in death by sisters Lucy Gaddy, Leona Adams Bell, Lizzie Bell, Ruby Payne and brothers James and Robert Costner. Grady was retired from the floor covering industry. He was well known in the community for his Christmas light display in the Mid Pines Community.

Sons: Charles Costner, Kings Mtn., NC and Scotty Costner and wife Norma, Sycamore, Alabama.

Robert Scott Murray and wife Jean and Marvin Murray, all of Kings Mountain, NC

Brother: John "Junior" Costner, and wife Annette, Kings Mountain, NC

Grandchildren: Jason and Josh Murray and John Costner

Great-grandchildren: Brayden and Maddox Murray
