Jewell Dean Spain Hyman, of Grover, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016, at Carolinas Healthcare Systems - Cleveland at the age of 97.

A native of Hall County, Georgia, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Hyman, and daughters, Shirley Letts and Janice Hyman.

Mrs. Hyman is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Charles Plosky of Belmont; grandson, Michael Plosky of New York; and granddaughter, Debra Plosky of Greenville, SC.

A private graveside service will be held at Sunset Cemetery with the Rev. Perry Holleman officiating.
