Larry Lane Pearson, 78, of 326 West Main Street, Lawndale, passed away
Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at The Brian Center in Gastonia.

Born October 23, 1937 in Cleveland County, to the late James Tillman Pearson
and Ruth Andress Lane Pearson. He served in the US Army and was retired
from Cleveland Mills where he worked for 35 years and was a supervisor in
the knitting department.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Sue
Blanton Pearson of 45 years; brother, Joe Pearson and sister, Phyllis Head.

He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Pearson Black of Lawndale;
grandson, Lane Weston Black and a grandaughter just days away, Jersey Lee
Arolyn Bradley; brother, Ray Pearson of Lawndale.

Visitation will be Friday form 6:00 - 7:30 PM at Stamey - Tysinger Funeral
Home.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 2:00 PM at
Fallston Baptist Church with Rev. David Blanton officiating.

Burial will follow at Palm Tree United Methodist Church Cemetery in
Lawndale.
