Mearl Bumgardner Jarrett, 96, of 1151 W. Stagecoach Trail, Lawndale, died
Thursday, June 16, 2011 at Carolina Care Center in Cherryville.
Born October 17, 1914 in Catawba County.
Survivors: a daughter, Beatrice Beaver of Shelby; a granddaughter, Trudy
Sprulin and husband, Steve of Shelby; a great-granddaughter, Jada Lankford
and fiancé, Russell White of Lawndale; and one great-great-grandson, Kergan
White.
Visitation: Immediately following the service.
Funeral Service: 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Polkville Baptist
Church. The body will be placed in the church thirty minutes before the
service.
Burial: Polkville Baptist Church Cemetery
Memorials: In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Stamey Funeral Home,
PO Box 639, Fallston, NC 28042 to help defray funeral expenses.
