It was rainy last Sunday and the Casar Christmas parade was scheduled for the afternoon. But, in spite of the weather a number of soaked participants and parade watchers were in attendance. The candy being tossed from the floats ended up in puddles of rainwater and umbrellas were the order of the day. For the brave, being drenched was a badge of honor. Even Santa was hardly visible as he huddled under a large covering. Oh well, ho, ho, ho, Merry Christmas to all!
