Neal Rhyne Harwell, 75, of Casar-Lawndale Road, Lawndale, passed away
Sunday, April 5, 2015 at Carolinas HealthCare System - Cleveland in Shelby.

Born March 3, 1940 in Iredell County, he was the son of the late Avery
Beauford Harwell and Lois Jane Lippard Harwell. He was retired and was a
member of Kistlers United Methodist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers; three
sisters; son- in- law, Troy Turner; amd two grandchildren Stephine and Erin
Willis.

He was survived by his wife of thirty two years, Ella Jane Irvin Harwell;
five daughters, Debra & Miles Hoyle; Connie & Steve Willis all of Lawndale,
Johnnette Turner of Hollis, Patti & Richie Turner of Shelby, and Wanda
Wicker of Statesville; son, Darrell Harwell of Statesville; two brothers,
Avery Harwell and Neil Moore both of Statesville; two sisters, Ann Mayberry
and Nancy Rogers both of Statesville; grandchildren; Joey Hoyle, Mary
Gilbert, Elizabeth Turner, Emily Turner, Ethan Turner; great grandchildren,
Preston Gilbert and Ryan Gilbert.

Visitation, 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Tuesday at Kistler's United Methodist
Church.

Funeral service, 11:00PM, Tuesday, at Kistler's United Methodist Church,
846 Casar-Lawndale Rd, Lawndale, NC 28090.

Officiating, Rev. Rebekah Shuford

Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
