Over 450 participate in Bethware's Color Fun Run
Participants in the Fun Run get doused with an array of colors by spectators as they neared the finish line.

The excitement was contagious! Students, teachers, family and friends came together for the big event. The first ever Cleveland County School Color Fun Run took off on Saturday, May 16th at Bethware Elementary School. Over 450 registered runners came out early in the morning to be a part of the Fun Run. Everyone wore their keepsake white and black shirts. The air was filled with laughter, smiles and a genuine good time feeling. Principal Lori Wilbanks could not have been more pleased. She said: "It wasn't as much a fundraiser as it was all about our kids and families. Our great school wanted to have some great fun and make it a true family event."
