Mrs. Patricia "Pat"  Blackwod Bell, 60, of 400 W. Academy Street, Apt. 3, Cherryville, NC, passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at her residence.

Pat was born in Gaston County, NC on March 10, 1954 a daughter of the late Harold B. "Dag" Blackwood and Blanche Waldrup Blackwood.  She was retired as a receptionist and also helped her brother at Blackwoods Drive In of Kings
Mountain.  Pat was a member of Legacy Church in Cherryville.

Suvivors include her husband, Arlie Bell of Salisbury; a daughter, Holly Hudson of Cherryville; four grandchildren, Addison Randall, Sarah Grace Garrison, Isabella and Mallory Black;  and two brothers, Scott Blackwood of
Kings Mountain and Mike Blackwood of Cherryville. 

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 4:00PM on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Legacy Church, 805 Self Street in Cherrvyille with Pastor Steve Wright officiating.

Visitation will follow the service.
