Mr. Paul Edward "Bookie" Shade, Jr., 65, of 152 Schenck Farm Rd. Lawndale, NC departed this life on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in in Winston-Salem, NC. He was born on August 7, 1949 in Cleveland County to the late Paul Edward Shade, Sr. and the late Inez Hunter Shade.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Walls Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Nathanial Craig officiating. Burial will take place at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the church on Saturday.
