Robin Jeanette Costner Bumgardner, 50, of 2028 Jay Clark Rd. in
Morganton(formerly of Polkville) passed away Wednesday November 26, 2014 at
home.
Born October 14, 1964 in Cleveland County, she was a daughter of Mark Ellis
Costner and Carolyn Champion Costner of Lawndale. She was formerly employed
by Cleveland Mills and was a member of Friendly Chapel Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her husband, Paul Douglas
Bumgardner of Polkville, one son, Mark Douglas Bumgardner of Polkville, one
sister, Wanda Costner Ramsey of Fallston, nieces and nephews whom she
claimed as her own grandchildren, Nikki Ramsey Cook & husband, Jeff, Stacey
Ramsey McMurry & husband, Elliott, and Lindsey Ramsey Lawson & husband,
Shante, six great nieces, one great nephew, special friend, Chuck Walker of
Morganton, and two special beloved companion dogs, Blackie and Miss Kitty.
Visitation will be Sunday November 30, 2014 from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm at
Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
The funeral service will be Sunday at 3:00 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral
Home & Cremation Center Chapel with Revs. Dale Angel and Norris Willis
officiating.
Burial will follow at Plainsview Baptist Church Cemetery.
