Mr. Samuel Ronnie Self, 55 of Camp McCall Road, Bostic went to be with the
Lord on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at his sisters.

Born December 6, 1959 in Rutherford County, he was a son of the late Enoch
Self and Bessie Ellion Lail Self.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by four brothers, Harold,
Elijah, Carl and James Self.

He is survived by two brothers, Clarence Self and wife Betty of Lawndale and
David Self and wife Martha of Bostic; five sisters, Lula Mae Hudson of
Gainesville, GA, Josephine Ledford of Vale, Sue Hunt and companion, Crawford
Stallings of Bostic, Martha Hamrick and husband Berry of Shelby, and Ella
Hurdt and husband Ronald of Ellenboro; and numerous nieces, nephews, great
nieces and great nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at
Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Fallston. Condolences may

The funeral services will be held on Friday at 2:00 PM at Stamey-Tysinger
Funeral Home & Cremation Center Chapel with the Revs. Lamar Hewitt and
Kenneth Kanipe officiating.

The burial will follow in the Davids Chapel United Methodist Church
Cemetery.
