| Shelby Police Department Promotes Officers |

On Thursday, September 25th, Shelby Police Chief, Jeff Ledford proudly presented three candidates for promotion. Officer Daniel Halloran was promoted to Sergeant, Sergeant Christopher Howington was promoted to Lieutenant, and Lieutenant Bradley Fraser was promoted to Captain.
