Shelby -- Sherry Ann Sprouse Walker, 75, of 215 Dover Street, passed away Monday, December 11th, 2017, at Carolinas Healthcare System Cleveland.

Born in Blacksburg, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Ruth Sprouse. Ms. Walker previously worked in textiles and was a member of Patterson Springs Baptist Church.

Surviving Mrs. Walker are three daughters, Pamela Humphries of Shelby, Carla Humphries of Shelby, and Dawn Westmoreland of Blacksburg; one son, Elford Coker, of Shelby; twelve grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 3:00pm at Gordon Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Michael Leary officiating.
