Tina Fowler, age 81, of Ellenboro, passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at her residence.
Born March 28, 1936 in Rutherford County, she was a daughter to the late Edgar Pearson and Mary Ledbetter Pearson. She attended Tri-High School and worked for Fiber Industries and Baxter Industries for many years. Tina was a past member of Temple Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening. She was known for her friendliness and outgoing personality and enjoyed carrying on conversations. Tina was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, Charles "Booster" Fowler; three brothers, Glen, Norris and Bill Pearson and two sisters, Betty Hill and Margaret Griffin.
Those left to cherish her memory include two sons, Tony Fowler and wife, Libby of Ellenboro and Chad Fowler and wife, Tracy of Lincolnton; three grandchildren, Heather Harris and husband, Thad, Kassie Ray Fowler, Kirk Fowler and three great-grandchildren, Bella, Bailee and Bristol Harris.
A private graveside service will be conducted for the family.

Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
