Charlie Patrick, age 84, resident of 1315 –A S. Battleground Ave, Kings Mountain, NC died March 30, 2012 at Crawley Memorial Hospital, Boiling Springs, NC.  He was born in Cleveland Co. NC to the late Walter Gaffney Patrick and Myrtle Marie Oliver Patrick.  He was also preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Thelma Canipe Patrick; sons, Franklin Patrick and Charlie Junior Patrick; daughter, Lisa Diane Patrick; brothers, Delbert Patrick, Walter Junior Patrick; and sister, Aileen Duncan.   Mr. Patrick was retired from Spangler and Son, Kings Mtn. NC and Concrete Supply, Shelby, NC after 38 years of service.   He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who loved  gardening, fishing, camping, and boating.
