Irvin "Sonny Boy" McSwain, 77, of 611-2 Crestfield Ct., Shelby, NC passed away on January 10, 2011 at Kings Mountain Hospice House. 

Date of Birth: 07-25-1933             Date of Death:       01-10-11      

Personal History:  A native of Cleveland County, he retired from Williams Oil Company after

20 years of service as a delivery driver.  He was a member of Faith Baptist Church where he was involved in the Prison Ministry and the Nursing Home Ministry for 40 years.  Irvin often sang during church services.  He served in the National Guard.

Also survived by 6 step grandchildren & 6 step great grandchildren.
