Andrew MacArthur Cook, 73, of 7280 W NC10 Hwy. in Vale, passed away Monday
February 15, 2016 at Frye Regional Medical Center.

Born December 28, 1942 in Catawba County, he was a son of the late McOvie
Larn Cook and Deloris Poole Cook. He was employed by Thomas-Baine Furniture
and was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara
Huffman Cook and a three-month old son, Mark James Cook.

Survivors include a son, Todd Cook and wife, Kim of Vale, two daughters,
Angela Medlin and husband, Bobby of Mountain View and Jody Lloyd of Hickory,
seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren; three brothers and four
sisters.

The visitation will be 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday at Corinth Baptist
Church in Vale

The memorial service will be 11:00 AM, Friday at Corinth Baptist Church in
Vale with Rev. William Kanupp officiating.
