Mrs. April Dawn Childers, 29, of 3262 Tryon Courthouse Road, Cherryville, NC passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2010. Services were held at First Baptist Church, Cherryville. Burial followed in Shady Grove Baptist church Cemetery. 

Mrs. Childers is survived by her husband, Gregory Childers; her father, Robert Luther Hall and step-mother, Georgia of Stanley; her mother, Marlene Presley Danielsen and step-father, Craig of New Bern; 1 son, Dylan Hart Childers; 1 daughter, Raven Seirra Childers, both of the home; 1 brother, Robert Lee Hall of Mt. Holly; 3 sisters, Robin Cogdill of Bessemer City, Julia Falston of Mt. Holly, and Wendy Hall of Dallas; 2 step-sisters, Tammy Corley of Stanley, and Christa Corley of Va.; maternal grandmother, Betty Mims of Kings Mountain, father and mother-in-law, Don and Linda W. Childers of Cherryville; 2 brothers, Kevin Muse and wife Shannon of Belmont, and Todd Price and wife Stacey of Cherryville.
