Mr. Bobby Dean Martin, 56, of 108 Rena Drive, Shelby, NC passed away Sunday, October 31,  2010. Services were held at Stamey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Fallston. 

Mr. Martin was preceded in death by his parents, Junior Martin and Marie Wellmon Martin; and his grandparents, Monroe and Mamie Martin, and Gus and Alda Wellmon.

He is survived by his wife, Vicki Stamey Martin; 2 sons, Jeff Martin, and Chad Martin and wife Laura, all of Shelby; 1 daughter, Sarah Brittain and husband Richard of Shelby; 6 grandchildren; and 1 aunt, Julie Mae Ayers of Shelby.
