Bobby Lee Luckado, 72, passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.  A native of Cleveland County he was the son of the late William Wesley and Myrtle Artie Luckado.  In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by seven brothers and one sister.  He was an active member of Northside Baptist Church and graduated from Mooresboro High School.  He worked for several construction companies as an electrician and retired from this profession.

Mr. Luckado is survived by his wife Frances Clary Luckado; sons, Jeffery Luckado of Boiling Springs, NC, Joel Luckado of Gaffney, SC, Dean Conner of Gastonia, NC; brothers, Calvin and Doris Luckadoo of Ellenboro, Forest Luckadoo of Ellenboro, Paul Luckadoo and wife Margaret of Fort Mill, SC, Howard Wyatt of Shelby; sister, Roberta Alexander of Ellenboro; 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at Northside Baptist Church.  The Rev. Neal Efird will be officiating.  Burial will follow in Cleveland Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00am at the church.

The family extends a special thank you to the ICU staff for their loving care and support.
