Bobby Ray Canipe, 75, of 6561 Casar Rd., Casar, passed away July 27, 2015 at
home.

Born July 5, 1940 in Cleveland County, he was a son of the late Minnie Hoyle
Canipe. He retired from General Electric after thirty five years of service
and was a member of Hoyle Memorial Christian Fellowship. He helped coach and
keep score for his grandsons baseball teams for many years. He also served
in the US AirForce.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by one brother, Thomas
Canipe.

He is survived by his wife of fifty four years, Lizzie Buff Canipe, two
daughters, Lana Canipe and Kecia & Steve Travis all of Casar, four
grandsons, Matthew, Samuel, Joseph, & Zachary Travis all of Casar, brother,
Jerry Canipe of Pumpkin Center, and sister, Faye Costner of Casar.

Visitation: 6:00PM until 8:00PM Wednesday at Stamey Tysinger Funeral Home &
Cremation Center.

The funeral service will be 1:00PM Thursday at Hoyle Memorial Christian
Fellowship Church with Revs. Dick Chapman, Brian Chapman, and Tommy Cook
officiating. The body will be placed in the church thirty minutes prior to
the service.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
