Brevard William "Bill" Lowe, aged 81, passed away peacefully on the 23rd of July, 2025, at Atrium Healthcare - Cleveland.

Born on September 4th, 1943, in Cleveland County, he lived a life marked by laughter, service, and devotion.

He cherished his wife, Theresa Spangler Lowe, with whom he journeyed through life's triumphs and trials for sixty-two years. His legacy continues through his son, Bradley Lowe, alongside his caring wife Tracy of Shelby, and his cherished granddaughter, Katelyn Lowe of McKinney, TX, who brightened his world.

For many years, Bill was the employed with Burns & Spangler Construction Company, where he lent his skilled hands as a mechanic. He would also work for the Cleveland County Country Club in the golf course maintenance. He was an active presence in his community, and a member at the Double Shoals Baptist Church.

Bill was also immensely proud to be a charter member of the Upper Cleveland Rescue Squad, a testament to his unwavering commitment to his neighbors and community.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday at Double Shoals Baptist Church with the Dr. Brian Johnson officiating.

Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.
